Shop clues (Request has been logged with ticket number 5118498 Defective product delivered[protected] This is a worst experience of online shopping. I have order the Samsung Micro SD card 64GB and received it as defective. As I shared Images of product with Shop clues on 15th November . I received the (defective) product from their Seller on 12th November. But they are saying on 17th November that my order is cancelled. then me also shared courier tracking details with them. How is order cancelled when I already received it. But it is defective. So, I made a compliant and after 2 days they change the record I order this product thru shop clues. Its shop clues responsibility to update status correctly for each order. Please help me out and order shop clues to arrange pick up for this defective SD card. and provide me cash back on my bank account Was this information helpful? | |||||
