Dear Sir, Order no. 23469807and return id 550297 the product hand they hand over to the Aqua dropas been handover to the Shop clues on 121.Nov.2014at 11.20 am) .I return the product at time but you cant return my refund amount!. when you return my amount I have also written so many complaints to you . Even customer care no also not connecting, it is fraud company and dont purchase any product from shopclues. Was this information helpful? | |||

I Completely dissatisfied with your delayed response and poor service. Almost after 45 days you came back by saying that you cannot deliver the product.
I've ordered the product[protected] on 5th Nov 2014 and it is supposed to be delivered on 14th Nov 2014. As its not delivered on time I've raised a complaint (Ticket number[protected] and I wrote many mails to your customer care asking for the status of my product, every time I used to get reply by mentioning "We closely working on that we will get back you soon”.
Even I've wrote a mail to the respective courier (Dot zot) asking for the status). Please refer their response.

Finally I've wasted my time by doing this exercise with shop clues online shopping. Going forward absolutely am not interested to use your service as well, I will not let my network use your service.
If you cannot able to provide the product on time then please inform the customer at the earliest don't waste your time as well as customer time. This will definitely effect on your business..
NOTE : I don't need any clues bucks. I want my money in my account as soon as possible.

actually yesterday i booked LED Bulb 5 Watt White (Set of 3 pcs)
through online net banking.my money is cutted from my account.
