Consider my concern and unprofessional behavior which i have bared lots. The brand SONY- One of the biggest Leading Electronics & gadgets company in the world.Trust me, I am one of the craziest fan of Sony, seriously guys!!Even i have used sony laptop, sony Earphone's, even i already user sony eperia, Sony Z550i.

Now, u guys send me a sony genuine fake and duplicate HeadPhone (Details are mentioned above) or can called a crab.
Guy's !! Truly i will tolerate such a inconvenience, such the erotic way of treating a customer.I am an IT-industries employee, around my 7year's of experience in SaaS product's, FMCG's and Sales this type of convenience can not be tolerable.

When i opened the package and seen the product, trust me felt very bad and upset.This type of Quality and Assurance Team, Really?... Its Ashamed and Pathetic.

Fake Fake Fake!!

Its a genuine fake 3rd class quality product, services and several ambiguities.

I WILL NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT IF...

My Action Will Totally Based On Below Conditions.

1. I want a positive result from your team within next 12Hour's from now.Sure i will ping you one more Reminder!!
2. I want my Product with Original Manufactured By Sony .
3. If above both point's are not fulfilled then i will lodge a complain in Sony Corporate Sector for fake dealers with fake Channel(ShopClue) and One file in Regional Consumer forum in bangalore. It may cost you multiple times margin over the MRP.
