Hi ShopClues Team, This would be a very dissatisfactory experience with you. From last one month I am struggling for an update on my return request# 511143. But at the end my return request was denied without any comment on the closure note. Every time customer care executive is saying this will be taken care within 2 days. I want the reason why my return request was denied. Every time customer care is saying to get in touch with micromax care to repair the faulty mobile phone. This would be my question to Shop clues why should we go to micromax. We bought this from shop clues, this is your sole responsibility to return the faulty phone. Low quality of product without quality check creates frustration to customers. This would be very helpful if some one can take action on this. I have purchased a new phone and I dont want to knock the door of Micromax care to repair the phone, So I would request you if any one can call me on my phone to find the detail about this.
