[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Product damage but not refunding amount. | |||
Dear sir, I purchased a woodland wallet & my order no 16147865.It was Delivered on 15th July.But the product delivered to me was damaged & duplicate one. I am not satisfied with the product quality. The seller & the company are harassing & cheating the customers.Already I applied for refund but there is no response. I will complain to the consumer court regarding this mater. I request you to refund my amount to my bank account. Pls take proper action against the company. Dear sir, Till yet there is no response from shopclues regarding the refund of amount to my account.. Shopclues is simply neglecting the matter. Shopclues is not responding my phone call & mails. Other stores like flipkart, lenskart etc used to refund within 2 days but its already 5 days gone but there is no clearance for refunding the amount from shopclues.
Sir Pls do the needful to get my amount refunded to my account.
