Order No: 84567205 I have placed on order for Samsung 40 inches TV on 2nd Feb 2016 and paid the cash through Online. The expected delivery date was 13th to 16th Feb 2016. Even after the TAT, I haven't received the product. I tried to track the Shipment number which they have provided in mail id (135719 for Beacon Surface and 7 horses) and its showing "No product available” and “Tracking ID is not correct”. I have raised the concern on 18th Feb 2016 and assured it will be reflected in another 48 hours and still its keep going on with the same response. Almost 25 days over after placing the order in their site. Yesterday I got an email 23rd Feb 7:50 PM stating again the product has been shipped and at 23rd Feb 9:50 PM the product has been delivered to the Shipping address and 24th Feb 2016 got an email stating to rate the product, however I haven't received the product yet. I have called them and now they are saying it's still under shipment. Really it's very frustrating and without delivering the product they are arguing with the customers.
