I had ordered mobile on jan 21st 2018 an Micromax Barath 1mobile prepaid. On 26jan 2018 suddenly I received mail says order delivered.which was govt holiday I was at home.no body gave call on my mobile or came for delivery. When I gave call to customer care they said system server is down call 2mro. When ever I call they disconnect my call or postpone date. They also promised that courier guy will come and produce proof of delivery that also did not happen ...I have spent 500 rupee on calling and follow up these shopclues joker's. My order number is[protected]. Mobile cost 2, 233 I need my mobile back or that delivery guy who delivered. They doing big fake drama. I requested shop clues for return of car maintainance products two weeks ago the items were expired and the product was not satisfactory two times two persons came and they said the item will be taken back in a bigger vehicle please look forward to this problem
