I have purchase a mobile model no Micromax Canvas A1 -AQ4502 (Ugradable to Android 6.0 Marsh Mallow ) in shopclues.com on 2nd june 2016. Order no is this product is 92622771. After receiving this phone i had found some manufacture defect in this phone. I have complaint many times but they guys not acceptable my complaint after may times they picked my phone on July 4 as for refund. but today 26 September 2016 my refund is not initiated to me. In this time may time i had talk with customer care every time they guys asked to me give 48 hours to resolve. and after that no resolve for the this problem. Many times I had to talk with executive and say i don't want replacement . I want only refund but every times they send me replacement and waste my time for 15 days as per company process. Now I had very tired and harrasment to call shopclues to give proper solution. Now I want my refund asap and my harrasment charges whos responsible for shopclues.
