Hello good evening, Order number: 89581746 I order the htc mobile phone and order number for the same was 89581746 and same was delivered me. Unfortunately i open that product after 2 days and i shocked, i saw that mobile battery was missing in accessories. I wrote email to customer care and requested for replace the product, same was rejected from your end due two 2 days replace policy. After 10 days now my mobile phone was not in working condition and from the same unable to call single calls, i am using reliance cdma sim and i think that their is problem with reliance network and i went to reliance web world to solve problem but they checked and replied that this phone is defective some hardware or software problem in the same, after hearing this think it was defective phone. I feel very shame that i purchased this product from shopcluse and facing this type of problems. 1st battery was missed and 2nd mobile was defective. I requesting you to look in this matter and replace the same. I[censored]nable to replace the same than i have option to file suit against you in the consumer court for selling defective product, cheating with customer, & harassment and your are liable for cost and consequences for the same. I ordered LED light (order no[protected] January 2016 . still I am not receive the product. But simply order status was changed to delivered in shopclues website. Many time I complaint, but no reply... .
