[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Shipping amount not refunded | |||
I am Ishan Bhandari. I ordered sports shoes from shopclues.com(Order No.[protected]. The product I received was damaged and was not looking genuine. I returned the product and demanded refund. I shipped the product via blue dart and it costed me Rs. 600. I was informed that the shipping amount would be refunded as soon as the product reaches them. But till now the amount has not been refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thank you very much. My shipping money was refunded yesterday. They took a lot of time but they refunded the money. When I posted my complaint, they started to work. Thank you. | |||
