ShopClues.com — Shopclues not delivering product and not refunding for a month | |||||
I placed a order for Samsung 55' TV on Sep 30th. My order was cancelled by shopclues saying courier cannot deliver product to my location on Dec 17th. I am living in Chennai, Thiruvanmiyur. How can this location be non-deliverable and also i have received a lot of products from shopclues before to this same address. They cancelled the order on 17th and still they are not providing refund back to me. Their response is the product has not reached the warehouse yet. If the product cannot be delivered to this address then how and where did they sent the product through courier. Its almost a month, still they are not delivering the product and not providing refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
