[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Shoplcues not giving refund for my order even after returning the goods. | |||
For the refund of my order 28585931 I returned the product as per instructions (return ID:670001) to shopclues through professional courier on Dec 27, 2014 (http://tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=IXM[protected] and it has been delivered to them on Jan 05, 2015 and I am still waiting for refund of both the order and courier shipping charges (Rs.75).Have raised many tickets (1686421, 1791302, 1844382,[protected] but no proper response then no reply at all.Please help me to get refund for the order plus shipping charges ASAP. Got my full refund + shipping charges.
Wasted my time also posting the issue with akosha which was a waste, no reply/update on it. | |||
