ShopClues.com — They delivered me damaged product and they are not responding me for the same issue. | |||
I ordered a Samsung 55" LED TV with the net banking payment gateway. and they delivered the product after 15 days. Next day of delivery I opened the box and took the LED out where I saw some cracked linings inside the screen. Then I plugged the power cord and switched it on which made it clear that the screen was broken. I immediately clicked the pictures of it and I called the ShopClues for the issue. They asked me to forward the pictures of the product. I did everything what they asked me. Now when I call them every time they ask me to wait for 48 hours. Today is the 10th day of delivery and they are not getting back to me or not calling me for the issue I have with them. So today I thought of bringing the issue here in consumer forum for seeking the help. Was this information helpful? | |||
