ShopClues.com — To return a mobile handset and get refunds for it | |||||
Sir, I have ordered a Sony xperia e from shopclues.com on 8th January 2016 with order no. 81313110., after 2 days I've got a message from the ShopClues.com that your delivery of order is delayed because unavailability of the product with the merchant, than i've requested to provide me the product as soon as possible. Than yesterday on 16th January 2016 around 1:30 p.m. i've got the delivery of the product. When I opened the packaged i've got that the mobile box is badly rolled with the ShopClues tagged tape, and the seal of the box was already broken or broken because of removal of the tape I don't know, because of the tape the box also got damaged and the box of mobile is looking old than i've turned the mobile on when I used this mobile i've got so much leg when I try to turn on camera, it takes too much time, and when I try to turn on WiFi i've got a message on screen that an error has occur and they don't even provided me a screen guard and back cover with it than I initiated a return request for the product with the website for return the product and provide me the refunds. And today i've got a message in my returns section that the return request is rejected by the merchant, sir I am so much fed up because of them they don't even gave a e-mail that my request for return is rejected by the merchant and shopcles.com have a policy of returns if a consumer initiates a request in 24hours of delivery. But i've requested the return request after approx 2-3 hours of delivery and ShopClues.com refused to take returns and provide me the refunds. Was this information helpful? | |||||
