We have purchased samsung 40j5100 40' full hd slim led tv on 16/07/2016, vide bill no 95347694. But after just 6 months, in dec 2016, we started experiencing picture problem. When we contacted samsung customer care, they informed that this is mother board problem, & parts is not available within india So we can not either repair or change it We are facing problem for past 6 months, as sometimes they say that it will be done then another time they refused Although the tv was under warranty for 1 year, yet problem arised just after 6 months or so Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased the leather belt but i don'tt like this product because when i buy this product then i shoe that this blet colour is blac but i catch the parsell then i show that this belt is brown colour so please i say you return this product
