I've ordered a Samsung 40J5100 TV from Shoclues.com on March 3rd, 2016 and the same day I got a order confirmation mail from them. On the very next day i.e on March 4th, I also received a message mentioning that the product is packed and ready for dispatch. They also sent me an order tracking link. I checked the link on March 8th and a message was displayed mentioning that my order has been canceled by the merchant. I immediately called customer care but they could not help me. Customer care professional told me that the product is unavailable so we could not deliver it. He told me that Shopclues will refund my money. Meanwhile I noticed that the price of TV has been increased. This may be one of the reasons for not delivering the product by Shopclues. My point is that I don't want to get refund my money rather I want the same product from them. Please help me in this regard.
