Dear sir/madam, I have 2 Nos of return items one to Amazon another to shop clues. 1- Amazon order ID No[protected] 2- shop clues order ID No[protected] Due to the default of the item I am arising, return request and approved . → But due to misunderstanding the blue dart courier picked the returns item of Amazon and sent to shop clues courier seller vide blue dart courier waybill No.[protected]. The item received by you on date 10/08/2020. → I dispatched the return item of shop clues to the seller on date 14/08/2020 vide CN No- [protected] of own cost and the item received by you on date 18/08/2020. My gentle request to the seller please return the Amazon item which was received by you on date 10/08/2020 . If you will return the item then I will be able to return the Amazon product. I am attaching the way bill and (DRS) report which is collected from blue dart courier service for your reference as per advice by you(madam) .Please take necessary action at your end thanks & regards BISAJ TANTY [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
