[Resolved] ShopClues — Defect product received | |||||
Hi Team, my issue with order no[protected] This is a 40 inch Samsung LED TV which I paid 24000 and Shipping charges. I got black spot on screen just after one month use and I had raised return request before two month for that and I have followed up several times on mail for the status of the request but every time I got replied that the courier service is not available to my Area for pickup where as I got delivery of the TV on same address. After 1.5 month Shopclues team had suggested me to repair the TV and share bill so they will repay me repair amount as unavailability of pickup service . As the TV is not covered with Samsung warranty I paid two time service charge to get the TV checked and ordered screen for this TV and shared the estimate bill copy to Shopclues team. More above disappointing me that after all done they are saying that they are arranging a pick up for the TV now again. Not a single day I am happy after purchased this product from Shopclues every time I was getting worry watching the big black spot on the tv screen . This type of service unacceptable from Sophclues Team . Was this information helpful? | |||||
