ShopClues — got a defective product & when i ask for replacement they refused | |||||
I have ordered a karbonn titanium s7 phone with shopclues with order id:[protected] & in the policy we can refund us within 10 days from date of deleviery. I have received product on 1 february 2018 through bluedart waybill number : [protected]. Now i apply for replacement but the merchant have refused to replaced the product. Please help us.
