[Resolved] ShopClues — Paid for a product but have not received the product. | |||||
On 04/01/2016, i ordered a shoe online from shopclues.com (order no.[protected] and i paid for the shoe through debit card during the order process. On 08/01/2016 i got a message from shopclues that the product has been delivered but i have not received any such product on that date. So, i went to the courier partners office (First Flight) and asked them whether any such product of such order number and tracking number has arrived at their place or not, they told me after checking their register that no such product has arrived at their place and they have not done any such delivery. So, after that i called shopclues customer care and complained them about the issue, they told me that i will get a solution from them within 48hrs, bit i didn't get any solution. So i again called them and told them about the issue, then they told me that they jave confirmed from the courier partner that the delivery has been done and they will send me proof of delivery within 10days. So, this is the story. I have paid for the product and have not received the product yet, but the company says that the delivery has been done and when i asked the courier partner they said no such product has arrived at their office. Jan 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the product today. The courier partner texted me today to pick up the product from their office. So i went at their office and picked up the product from them.
