Hi, ShopClues improve you process with every respect, only advertisement is not going to help you much. I really fed up with your services. My order no: 50851943 Complain 1: Site showing me, this product available at 474005 pin code, but they cancel next day, Merchant is not able to deliver. If you not able to service, you have no right to block the money. Person can go some other better site snapdeal n flipkart etc n purchased this. Complain 2: I placed order at 12 May, 2015, I m not received my money back. Even after I sent the mail twice for the same. Complain 3: Today 18 May, 2015, I called to customer service, after fed up you auto mail responses, He again ask me to wait for next two days. What is this? You have not suppose to block the money for 8 to 10 days, use some other purposes to get benefits even without send the order. Improve your services with every respect. Only advertising will not take you further, Mouth publicity is more important now-a-days. I am sure, you are not taking any action now also. next 48 hours karke mera dec 2013 ka refund abhi tak nahi dia is chor company ne aur me ab tak bisio mail kar chuka hu aur damaged and old product supply kiya tha iss chor comapany ne
Sorry, I can't share card detail over phone, not I m not even wait also.
Because you have to take action even days before, when I sent 2 mail.
