ShopClues.com — Delivered a scrap | |||||
I have ordered lenovo k3 note (#[protected] through shopclues.com. They have delivered a very old scrap in a very old box. The package was in a very bad condition. We tried to switch on the mobile, but not able to even switch it on. Later i requested for replacement of the product. But they simply rejected to get back the product and advised to use the manufacturer warranty to repair. I have approached lenovo service center, and they informed me that the phone's mother board itself gone and changing of the motherboard will change the imei number. So it can't be covered with warranty and they advised to return the product. But still shopclues people are playing smart and neither replacing the product nor refunding the money. Buying any product through shopclues is a nightmare and simply waste of time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
