Dear sir i order samsung led 40 inch tv on 5th of november 2015 on shopclues under order no 74633705. When i check order status on shopclues website it shows Tracking Number: 80896 Shipment Date: 07 November 2015 Carrier Name: Beacon Surface but when i check status of this tracking number on beacon surface website it shows no data found and when i contact to shopclues they said we will send your product soon and ask me wait for next 48 hours you will be receive ur product. From last one week i am telling them refund my money but they dont refunded and giving just excuses I am so tense sir i requested to you plaese help me and take strong action against shopclues.
