[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Money taken, Order Not Delivered | |||
I had Placed an Online Purchase Order with Shop Clues.com on 1st April' 2014. The Money was given in Advance as the Order Did not have Cash on Delivery Service. From Day 1, when the Tracking Number for Blue Dart Courier was given the Tracking Number was Not Applicable or Found on Blue Dart Website !! However the Company Website & also the Customer Care Number Now Proclaims, the Order to be Shipped But Lost in Transit & Hence they have No Control over the Shipment. They also Claim, they Can't Refund the Money, as the Shipment has left from their premises but could have Got Lost in Transit & hence consider it has Money Lost ??? This is a Case of Clear Customer Cheating, Money Looting. Want My Money Refunded & also Strict Penalty against the Organization for Cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||
