ShopClues.com — NO Refund of My Money in Bank | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a power bank from Shopclues.com on 04 Jul 2014, 09:31 AM Item Order no.16087413, OEM Samsung Universal 9000 mAh USB Extended Battery Pack ( Black or white) for Rs.875, which got delivered in poor packaging and in defective condition. on 6th Jul 2014 ( afternoon) . Soon i Lodge complaint with online support for refund in bank. this is their msg on 6th july"Your request has been logged with ticket number 923916, please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days." I packed the item with complete packing video and pics and as pr their rules.Then the pick-up service picked the default item : http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] tracking shows product delivered to them on 19 july 2014. After all these there is no mail no phones from shopclues.com as well as their site shows "Return Complete" .I got this mail : "Your request (#923916) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email or click the link below:http://shopcluescom.zendesk.com/requests/923916 "My complain is i have not got my Refund in my Bank account yet :04-Jul[protected]Jul-2014) TO TRANSFER INB Shop Clues (Clues Network BILL_CLUES Payments MSBI[protected]IGW3753141 TRANSFER TO[protected] RS. 875.00Kindly Please Help this time & I promise next time none of my friends even my community won't buy a thing from shopclues.com scam !!! attached : Item shipped back in RMA provided by Shopclues Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a message for my refund money bt..where have u transfer my money u have nt asked my account number then where have u transfer my money i need my money as soon as possible
i have not got my refund money nd i have paid u cash on delivery and i don't have my bank account so where have u transfer my refund since yesterday day onwards i was telling bt there was no reaction so i hope i should take a reaction i[censored] all think tht coustomer are dump thn its wrng i[censored] think i will nt take any reaction thn return my refund any how and now otherwise i will be complaining
I know u all will not take any reaction regarding us .So i have decided the shoe which i have return i wanted to buy that shoe only of size 8 i[censored] r failed to delivery then i will be complaining about this website
