[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — non delivery of order

I have purchased a LED TV order no. 21830489 dtd 05/10/2014. and paid amount through net banking. Shop clues claim that product has been dispatched through Dotzot courier vide reference no[protected] this product is not delivered to me. Dotzot tracking service is showing delivered on 14thOct but address of delivery is other than specified. Same time Shopclues site is also showing order is completed. i am regularly following up with shop clues and dotzot complaint no. [#24293].dotzot customer care has told that product is lying at Neemrana godown and given contcat no. of Neemrana. but on cocntct person/representative told me that no such parcel is came or available with us. Request to help to resolve the issue
