ShopClues.com — not refunding | |||
I ordered two pair of shoes separately via net banking from shopclues on 18 july with order no. 16938229 and 16940179. I requested not to ship with bluedart as service is not available in my area [441001]. Still the parcels were shipped with bluedart. Bluedart has returned the parcel on 7 august as per details on bluedart tracking page. Since then there has been no refund issued. It has been more then a month since the has been placed. Also the helpline number of shopclues is not responding. Shopclues should refund the money soon otherwise there will be even BIGGER complaints. This is my last shopping from shopclues.
