I ordered a hitachi ac on shop clues, order 91034394. I paid the whole amount on may 2nd. The ac cam eon may 17th, hitachi technicians came on 18th and told that the ac is defective. It has gas and oil leak. I am following for last 12 days with shopclues for refund still its not closed.

My money is blocked with shopclues for 1 month now and i dont have a ac at hime
