[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Product booked, but, not received. Courier tracking ID & producte code given by the company through SMS are not valid | |||
Dear sir, On 9th October 2014, I booked and paid Rs.540 for 14 in 1 Solar Robot Kit for my son's school project through shopclues.com. They send me sms that "Your ShopClues order 22492441 for 14 in1 Solar Robots Kit for Kids is shipped by Dotzot with tracking number[protected]". when I open my shopclues account, I found that the product is shipped and expected delivery between 22-27th October 2014. But, as on 28th October 2014, I have not received the Product. When I enquire in the Dotzot office at Guwahati, I found that the tracking id is wrong. I have been trying to contact Shopclues.com in their only customer care No.[protected], which is not possible to connect. Even if it is connected, no body picks up the phone. Now I had to book the same product in other web portal, which may come late and the purpose may not be solved.
