[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Product missing, quality of the product and no delivery of product

Hi First time I did shopping with shopclue.com and such a disappointing experience, I had placed two orders for total 12 products on 24/08/14(check photos), I could not provide correct email id hence did not get any communication(except sms) out of 12 product i received 11 products, out of quality of shoe rack is very poor, holes are not done properly so could not joint it(check photos), the product showed in picture and the product i got there is huge difference, totally disappointed with it. I ordered Swiss knife i got the package but knife was missing. Often i called customer care but no answer only message tone.
