Hi! I had ordered for a product on 30th oct, 2014 and it was supposed to be delivered to me before 8th nov, 2014. It is 22nd nov today and I still haven't received my product inspite of numerous mails sent. When I track for the product it shows me that it is in transit since 12th nov. Please note that have ordered LED TV on october 17 which i have not received the product yet. One month crossed and there is response from the shopclues. But am paying my EMI amonts. I do not want the product i need my money back but they are not responding properly and sending same reply.

I was booked 1 no. scan disk pen drive on 26/11/14, my order no. 27755199 but still date (16/12/14) the product not delivered, I was pay amount though bill disk, The customer care executive's not response properly my amount blocked past 25 days. I want to cancel my order and refund to credit my card account.
