I ordered samsung galaxy j7 for ruppes 13599 on 3rd may 2016 i received my product on 9 may 2016 . when i opened the shopclues seal/packing i saw that the product tha was packed was galaxy 0n5 whch costs 8899 ruppes. and the bill was also made of galaxy on5... but i order galaxy j7 and on packing also it was written galaxy j7 and amount paid is 13599. This very big cheating i got a product which is totally different and wrong product and it is 60% cheaper than what i ordered. i filed an request the same day but it was rejected by merchant.
this is very bad behaviour with consumers . i am going to file an case against them. i want my refund or original product what i order (samsung galaxy j7).

I cancelled my shoe in shopclues ... but i already paid by debit card.. shopclues said that he returned that money to 4 or 5 may... but i did not get my money... kindly return my money...
