I had ordered a Bluedio I4 Bluetooth Stereo headset from Shopclues.comon 12th Aug 2015 order No #64838405 & 65817531 and Order Amount INR: 815/- (Incluing delivery charges). However, the have deliverd me a wrong product (SAMSUNG Bluetooth Headset HM-1000). I have receiv (24th Aug 2015 completely different product than the ordered one.Order No & Shipment Tracking No both are wrong id on Receipt.I want to correct products send to me again.If a wrong product is delivered, under buyer protection you are eligible for replacement or refund. Please do keep the picture of the product as we will need it for verification. I ordered a utensil's rak which wasn't delivered and I was asked by shopesclue to cancel it. Then a hand bag the product was not up to the standard we exoected. Then ordered a blouse and I totally got a different product. I have paid online for all the products and never got a refund for more the two weeks. We are so disappointed with the service of this website. First blouse is the one oredred. Second one is what we received
