Sir, My self Siraj Ahmed from Mumbai, my email id: a.[protected]@yahoo.com & my mobile no.[protected], I am herewith file a complaint against Shophunk.com for the fraud which they did it to me on online purchase, On 30th march i came across the add by shophunk.com that samsung galaxy s4 mobile phone flat 98% discount purchase it now, so after seeing this add i purchase it online by paying 699/- online, after paying the amount through my debit card, i recived a mail from the company stating that thank you for participating in the contest and your transaction id.2348074, i was shock to see this mail from the company . So immediately i sent a complaint in their website to refund my amount i dont want to participate in the contest, but till now i did not receive any mail or any message from the company . Now i want to take legal action against that company for cheating me and all the online customers by displaying the misleading add and making fraud to the citizens . Shophunk and other such websites are just for you people, who give fake ads and fools like you get caught in the trap.
I dont think you will be refunded with money.
Buy a Nokia 1100 instead, and break it on your head...
