Shopittoday — Fraud for delivering daikin 1.5 ton split ac on 12.5% of sp. | |||||
Dear, Referring to our earlier conversation regarding fraud done by Mr. Sameer/ Munir. I have paid Rs. 6500/- for Daikin 1.5 ton split AC. and Rs. 15000/- for its courier insurance in your Axis bank account. Total Rs. 21500/- is already paid to Shopittoday. I have uploaded all my payment proof in your customercare email. I had detailed conversation with one of your employee Mrs. Archana . She is well versed with my case. I did payment through netbanking in your Axis bank account of Rohini. till the date I have not received the product and neither got the refund . Please look into the matter refund my amount as ASAP. I had made transections through net banking in axis bank account [protected] Rohini, New Delhi for Shopittoday the details are as under-
Transection reference number[protected] amount - Rs. 8000/- dated 08/3/2016
Transection reference number[protected] amount - Rs. 6500/- dated 26/2/2016
Rs. 7000/- to same bank account done through favorite payee/ biller summary hence transection no. and date I am note able to mention.
Total Rs. 21, 500/- is transferred into the Axis Bank account of Shopittoday against 14% SP cost of AC (Rs. 6500/-) and insurance charges of Rs. 15000/- (Rs. 8000/- + Rs. 7000/-). company did not give the product nor refund the money till the date.
Please look into the matter to expedite my refund
