Sir, I received a call on my mobile from no - [protected] today[protected] morning at 11-14 am. Initially a lady said, that, she is speaking from Icici bank, credit card division. She was telling about award points redemption. She said these points will lapse. For that she asked about card information & later connected to another person. He asked about otp. Received from the bank. By mistake i informed that no. A transaction was made at shopmantraa_epaykerela.& an amount of 8320/- was paid from my card. Transaction no-immediately I have contacted the bank, they said payment has been made& they cannot do any thing & asked to do fir. Please advice, 'what can i do"' Was this information helpful? | |||
