User Raj Kumar Rajak on no.12, 2014 email [protected]@gmail.com, [protected] I got a call on 12 November 2014 from shopon4u.com([protected]) her name is Sweta Senior Management regarding the online shopping offers. They told if you register on our site, then you will get 50% offer for all online shopping sites. Then I told ok, They asked me my Debit card details, first i rejected, but they told they want some information regarding for security purpose. Then I told the Debit card details. They generated the OTP for Debit card and asked me tell the OTP, but i rejected first, then they told me this call will be recorded and will sent to government. And They told me that your OTP password will be your online password for all online shopping sites. Then I told OTP, call was ended. After some time Rs. 2499/-txn#[protected]SBI)dated 12/11/2014 got debited. I called them and asked why Rs. 2499/- was debited from my Debit card, they told me that your amount will verify for government and your amount will be reverted in you account in 12hrs. I totally rejected, i told please refund my amount immediately. They told now its not possible your money can be recovered not reverted, , and they cut the call. I call them every day and even mail to them about their material which is sold on shopclues at Rs.1499/-why you sold me on twice rate approx. they told shopclues purchased material on wholesale rate so, they can sold on that rate.I can't do so.THIS MAIL WAS OF 13/11/2014.they could not provide me tracking ID.No.of courier. Phone calls of site.they picks phone but they told Sweta madam has not come. problem is that nobody is there to reply proper to the people and their mails.so, I want they will revert my money which is debited under fraud I don't want material which the sent or not because till now they could not tell tracking ID after 10 days passed.
