Amount of Rs. 1748 was deducted from my account. And when I checked the order history it says "NO ORDER PLACED".
I mail them twice and made call many times. But no reply was found....

I bought an e gift voucher online on Oct 31 that was supposed to be delivered directly to the recipient's email id.. But till date it hasn't been sent. My order no. is 7648758, it was a 1960Rs purchase. I had returned a product to shoppersstop. com on 19th October and It was received by 23rd October. According to their policy it is suppose to be refunded including the courier charges with in 48 hrs and until now I have not received it apart from that I had made many followup calls hence they don't respond emails.
