I had placed a prepaid order for " Albion Secure Total Security 2014 - 1 user ( 1 year) " on 25 April 2014[ Order No. [protected] ]. The item was delivered on 28 April 2014 at about 11 am. with sealed indiatimes plastic cover. On opening the plastic cover it was detected the Albion pack seal was broken and the " Product Key ", through which the Internet security is registered/activated, is missing. The matter was immediately registered with the company on line and a Case ID 1355486 was issued. Thereafter I spoke to their executive who assured me that the case will be resolved by 10May 2014. But till date ( 13 May 2014 ) the matter has not been resoled and now whenever I try to speak with them they snap the line.
