I want to inform you that I book on "https://shopping.indiatimes.com" a order having "Order No: [protected]" on May 14, 2014, 11:00 AM, and I receive that product on May 17, 2014. It is really unfortunate the product is damaged and all the parts are broken, I immediately inform them and raise a replacement for that and the replacement order information is "Case Id. 1371239 Case Creation Date:May 17, 2014 3:47 PM". I think these people always do like this, send damaged.broken.used product. They never contact me about the status of my order.When I call them they always make a false comment which they never do/complete. since last two and half months they always told me within 24hrs this will be resolved.
