Fraud Company - ShoppingnSaving- Attached order number #4757. Frauds and Cheaters. Beware.
No one responds.Its complete fraud.I am planning to put a complaint with Local police, based on Payment track and order number #4757. Such company and website should be immediately banned. They are fraud and action should be initiated. Please beware of ShoppingnSaving.com - Beware of these FRAUDS and CHEATERS.

I received a call from shoopingnsaving.com, Their tele marketing person told me they are launching online e commerce website in which they are offer 80 to 90 % off on selective item, the offer was only for one day. Then I confirmed it from there customer care number he also told me the same information. The tele marketing person guided me thru their website and ask me to navigate thru a web page tage as contest. I placed the order for 1 items listed on their site and made online payment of Rs.1999, my order no is #4757. Thereafter i have been calling up and following on the delivery and they informed me that I had participant in contest and if i win i will be delivered the products that i ordered. I told them that nothing is mentioned about the same on their website buying pages, you just mention sale and customer can buy these product, then i told him return my amount they refused to return it and say if you not won this amount will be on your shoppingnsaving account. Their are a fraud company and cheating customer. please take necessary action against these fraud people.

Yesterday i got a call from shoppingNsaving, they confirmed me that they will return my money and i have to remove my complaint after that, i agreed on this, but till now no formal communication from them :( and also no change in my account :(

I received a call form shoppingnsaving.com. My Order# 9842 at the time of booking the person who called me said there is no any hidden contest just i need to pay the 1999 or 999 and i will recv my product within 7 days. i forcefully ask that person if any contest or any other company strategy behind this let me knw.. he said this is a website and business promotional offer and no other contest and streteggy behind this you will surely receive your product within 7 days i have all recording and all proofe with me. right now im planning to file complaints against shoppingnsaving.com in local police station. such a cheat company really fraud company i need my money back
R/Sir, we are requested to you that i have a receive call form shoppingnsaving.com side by mobile no is [protected] on dated 26.03.2015 at 11:07 am regarding 90/% of on eletronic iteme he was saying that if you will purchase our side any eletronic item on 85 to 90% off on mrp . then i was ask him that why are giving this offer so he told me shoppingnsaving.com is new compny i we will this offer then very shortly space in market . but after that i will purchase 1 prodect in the name of MANIKANT MISHRA order no is 778 as on date 26.03.2015 product is Acer Aspire V5-572 Laptop (3rd Gen PDC 4GB 500GB lin)1999.00 with online payments but after purchasing company says that that is a contest i you will luckey then you will take thease prodect but if you are not luckey then you have to purchase any other product on Mrp price and these prodect amount not refandable but till date I have not receive any product and refund so please take very hard action against this frod company because . this company is totally froad company please take very hard action against this froad company please contech me [protected]

I got a promotional call from sales person of www.shoppingnsaving.com. They said that as they announced a promotional offer with vary low prices. I checked there over the website and found the prices are actually very low. We called them back on website customer care [protected] to confirm if it is not Fraud or any type of contest. They confirmed that it is not any contest and items will be deliver with in 7-10 days of placing of order.
I proceeded as per the instruction of Sales person Abhishek and placed three order with them Order number 5698, 5704 and 5705 and 5719, 5723 and 5737.
Now after talking with their senior Mr. Rajiv (Team Leader) he told that it is a contest and if our name will be selected in draw only then we will got the item else they will issue us some gift voucher to buy any other items from their website.
We told them that their sales person did not mentioned anything about contest and confirmed that goods will be delivered with in 7-10 days. He said sorry about this mis-communication and offered that if we want this can be cancelled now. We immediately ask for refund of money and cancellation of order. He confirmed that as it takes 48 hours to money get credited into their account so it will be refunded after that.
On the same time we send a mail to them on customer care email id [protected]@shoppingnsaving.com. also asking for cancellation of order and refund of money.
Now 1 months after also they neither they have responded not confirmed about refund of money. We all felt that they are making a fool of loot of people by this website and taking their money by cheating with them.
If Shoppingnsaving.com tema read this message, I am giving you one chance to save your self. Entire mumbai cyber cell has been informed about your website. If you dont refund my amount, You will have good stay in jail for years.

This is to bring in your notice that I had placed an order of Asus laptop having Order No. 1172 on dated 31st March, 2015. I was not aware about that contest. In fact, before placing the order I had confirmed with their customer executives regarding the deal. They also didn't disclose that this is a contest and you will get the product if you got selected otherwise paid amount of Rs. 1, 999 will be credited in your shoppingnsaving account in form of reward points. However, reward points have been credited in shoppingnsaving account which can be used for conditionally shopping only. So many times, I approached them through mail/call for the same but not yet responded even a single time. A final reminder letter regarding refund has also been dispatched to shoppingnsaving address mentioned over web portal by speed post but it returned due to insufficient address. I would not be the only victim of this. There may be so many victim but they may not be approached them for the same. They are making people fool. They should do clear the things to people. Your urgent attention is required to stop this fraud in future. So I request kindly take the necessary and immediate action in this regard.
