Shopume.com — Product has not been delivered

I had ordered one MI 10400 Power Bank (silver) on 21st January 2015 and my Order ID is 12787.. I had paid by credit card a sum of ₹ 649/- ..To my disbelief, till today I have neither received an SMS nor any mail from them regarding the shipment of my product.. It is so frustrating and annoying when genuine buyers like us gets cheated for no fault of ours.. Is there any means by which we can figure out where the amount gets credited so that others don't fall into this dirty trap.. I have been ordering products from other shopping sites and pay COD and have never encountered any problem so far.. To my bad luck, this time I paid by credit card and got cheated.. I have been making innumerable calls to their customer care and except for voice recording I am not getting any response.. Kindly help genuine buyers like us and try to resolve this issue once and for all.. Thanks.. Mrs.. B. Padmanabhan
