1.Club & Gym. facilities not provided .Gym. provided in basement parking area & club in stilt & drawing has approved as community hall. 2.Completion schedule was 30.03.2010 & till date not completed.The construction has extended to J block for which consent has not taken from residents.The drawing has been approved on 22.02.2010 just before 20 days before of enacting o[censored].P.Appartment act. 3.Parking payment has been taken from residents from 2011 onwards who has taken possession but allotment is still pending. 4.STP is not working as construction is underdesigned. 5.NOC from pollution control board & fire office is pending. 6.Quality of concrete against any damage due to earthquake has not been checked only paper work fabricated. 7.Quality of drinking water has not been checked. 8.Service to residents for 2 years maintenance is poor. 9.Lift service is poor.
