Shriram Chits — Amount deducted from my account no response

I paid an amount of 32200/- (Thirty two thousand two hundred rupees) to the agent who is working for Shriram chits pvt Ltd. They took check on september 2020 by promising that chits will start from October 2020 . On 28 October 2020 at 13:55 hrs an amount of 32200/- has been debited from my account. After that I tried to contact your branch office and agents ( NAGARAJU AND PRAVEEN) at Kadapa branch, but no one has responded and they started abusing in filthy language.
