[Resolved] Shriram Chits Private Limited — Non-intimation /sms on monthly payments since 24 months

I have a chit no. Vhlf-27/16 in your maharanipet branch of visakhapatnam. I enrolled in this chit on[protected], the chit started in september 2014. Since then, i am not receiving monthly intimation cards nor smss to my mobile. I am up-dating my residence address whenever there is change. 4-5 months back, i complained to the then branch manager, but no use. Last month i met the present br. Manager sri t. Krishna prasad. But there is no change in the situation.
Pl. Cause necessary enquiry and see that i get the first hand information. Also, always there will be cash change problem. They prefer to take amount in multiples of hundreds. This type of transactions also may be avoided.

Since the date of complaint till to-datw, I did not receive any reply, nor action taken report, nor e-mail or SMS from them.This shows their lack of interest in the customers on their rolls. Very sorry state of affairs. Any-body can suggest me what further action I can take?. I look forward to the valuable suggestions
