Shriram Chits — Mr. Chari from Pune branch has inappropriate conduct

Mr. Chari from pune main branch is creating trouble for me.
1) He says cheque are not accepted even though I always paid in cheque.
2) Does not involve me in bid offer, Does not show me bid offer.
3) Has rude behaviour on personal level.

I wanted him to be transferred from Bid Account Department immediately.
I don't want him to see him or handle my account going forward from next month.
