Shriram City — Bond not received for the deposit

Hi Team,

I have deposited an amount of 1, 00, 000 in Shriram City Union Finance Ltd., khammam branch, Telangana. The bond for my deposit has to be handover to me within 15 days of my deposit (deposited on 02/11/2020).

However, I did not receive it yet.

I visited the branch multiple times and every time I am being given the same answer of that my deposit is processed and the bond is yet to be couriered from head office. I don't understand the reason for delay, if it's processed.

Moreover, I feel it a scam and it's causing me a lot of mental stress.
I tried calling the head office aswell. And no one answers the call there. Throw they answer, they ask me to call the branch office. It's frustrating too.

Someone, please help me out.
