Shriram City — regarding continuation letter for noc of 2 wheeler

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Shaktisinh and I bought 2 wheeler Honda Activa in July'19 from Pune with loan from Sriram Finance for 2 years of EMI. Recently I shifted in Gujarat and apply for NOC to transfer my vehicle to Gujarat.

RTO said, they need continuation letter from Sriram Finance to complete the NOC procedure.

I contacted Sriram Finance for the same. Sriram Finance said they will give letter once I completed my outstanding loan amount. I said, if I could pay full amount then why would I take a loan from you people. I asked them about any other way but they have other procedure even they didn't give any contact details to talk with their higher authority.

Its totally disgusting and really not acceptable. Kindly accept my complain against Sriram Finance Union for the same
