Shriram City — wrong emi deduction and not provide solution

I have send the mail and directly contact to branch office haridwar for my double emi deduction from my account but thire is no any response from branch office and i have already send and grievance register many time and he used lose language and also mentally harassment last 5 to 7 days.

Please register my problem and take necessary action.
