Always throw old food packets and garbage on the street road.Very smelling and creat problem of Bee and Mosquitoes.

Dear Sir,I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last 3 month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.
I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.
It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.
If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.
I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

BUT AS WE HAVE TWO SBI BANK IN OUR CITY 1.IS ON RAILWAY ROAD BAHADURGARH DISTT-JHAJJAR AND ANOTHER IS INDUSTRAIL BRANCH WHICH IS ON DELHI ROHTAK ROAD BAHADURGARH DISTT-JHAJJAR AND THIS BRANCH (I MEAN TO SAY THE INDUSTRIAL BRANCH )DO NOT CO-OPERATE THEY ALWAYS SAY I[censored] HAVE ACCOUNT IN OUR BRANCH THEN ONLY WE DEAL WITH U OTHERWISE NOT U GO TO THE OTHER BRANCH AND AS MY OFFICE IS NEAR I AM ALWAYS HAVING QUARREL WITH THEM NOT ME EVERYONE WHO COMES THERE .
MY BROTHER ALWAYS SAYS ME TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN SBI I AS THERE IS AN INTERNET BANKING AND U CAN BANK ANYWHERE ALL OVER INDIA I TELL HIM ITA ALL THEY EVEN DO NOT DEPOSIT THE MONEY IN THE CITY I LIVE .I KNOW U WLD NOT TAKE AN ACTION ABT IT THATS WHY ALL PRIVATE BANK ARE MUCH BETTER THEN GOVT.ONE
